校长带幼女开房，在国外听说过? 回复: 性侵儿童，我们研究并不落后

在美国， 校长能与13岁以下的孩童过夜吗? 其实连机会都没有！这也就是为什么美
国及西方先进国家没有小学住宿舍学校。13岁以下的孩童都必须有大人看管。这就
是差距，这就是研究， 制度健全的结果。预防胜于事发。国内这方面能说不落后吗
?
