When you need a plumber to fix ur house, you don't have problem to pay them cash, but when you need a cardiac surgeon to fix ur heart, you think the service should be free.  On the day the plumber and physician get same pay is the day the high school drop out become surgeons and physicians, Trust me, you don't want see that day !!!
