Time will begin to get squeezed more and more. Don’t let it! Monitor time—keep some free for unpressured fun! Spend time with your child. Not just quick fix, but real time together—relaxed, open-ended. Not just shuffling from one event to another, but time doing. Take some afternoons off for outings, not necessarily fancy events, but time together.
