怎么判断学区和学校的好坏？

各位朋友你们好。我就明年就要搬到西雅图了。在我买房子之前我想先调查一下学区和学校的问题。我在网上查了西雅图地区public school的rank，据网上朋友们讲的，Bellevue, Issaquah， Mercer Island, shoreline这几个学区的小学教学质量不错而且中国人也多， 所以我就着重查这些学校。不知朋友们对这几个地方了解多少？是不是应该找rank靠前的学校？

还有一个问题就是我怎么能看出每个州的排名呢？比如WA，网上有 4th Gr Reading Level4(84.6), 4th Gr Math level 4(76.9)，还有total(161.5).但有些州的信息不同， 比如说MI，他们用不同的指标：4th Gr Math Level 1 (94.4)，5th Gr Science Level 1 (88.7)，5th Gr Soc Stud Level 1(15.1)， Total (198.2)。再比如 IL, 他们用 3rd Gr
Read Level 4，3rd Gr Math Level 4，3rd Gr Writing Level 4，5th Gr Read Level 4，5th Gr Math Level 4，5th Gr Writing Level 4这么多指标，那total当然高了。那么我该任何判断呢？请看这个网站 http://www.psk12.com/rating/index.php?vo=5。

再有衡量学校的好坏，是不是还要看每个种族的百分比？我发现亚洲孩子多的学校的rank家排前。还得看Median Household Income，Median Value of Housing Unit，% Owning / % Renting，请看这里：http://www.publicschoolreview.com/nearby_schools.php。
