请教:如何提高小孩的写作

昨天儿子把学校写的日记带回家了，我一看，乐翻了，通篇流水帐。今天我怎么怎么，然后(and then...).，，除了笫一句话，每句子都是 and then 开头，我需要如何辅导？谢谢！
