mentally tough is the most important thing. I see too many people crashed under a very small pressure, it does not matter how smart he is, which top Univ. he graduated from, and so on. As long as a person can be mentally tough, he can handle lots of things under pressure. The key question is then: how to train the kid without crashing him first.
