Not sure why a challenging and competitive career becomes so negative in those people's eyes. I have goals for my kids but most of the time they are watching me climbing the ladder and breaking the glass ceiling.
What's wrong with people here, esp. women? Do you have any passion for a challenging and competitive career? If not, please don't say we are not happy. How do you know?
