There are four good schools that are not SCEA, CalTech, MIT, u.of chicago and cmu. You can apply for them all and do not commit to any of them. see below post to understand the differences between EA, SCEA, and ED. The one famous ED school is Cornell. It is very easy to get in that school with ED.
