I am sorry for your son and glad knowing there principal will suspend the bully.
It is also the good chance to teacher your son how to deal with similar situation, how to stand and protect himself, how to get support and not fear of confrontation. There are bully around not only in middle school. He will learn a lot from this if you deal with it good.
Moving is not easy and depends on many issues.
