你可以为你所用地制造定义，而那些数据本来就没意义．那些被ＬＢＯ的公司往往本身就困难,重组后人数肯定减少.但如果没有ＬＢＯ，就可能倒闭．而且你也就抓着LBO大做文章，有意思吗？至于我外行不外行，不是你说了算的.更不会因为你说我外行，你就会变得更内行.
