it is obvious why Gifted and Talented school in Dallas ranked Number 1 in this report. Their admission is highly selective. The bigger the school, the more diversed the student body, the lower the score. This is not a fair comparasion. State incentives also plays a big role. For example, our state just reduced AP testing fee to $18 this year. I read in an east coast state, one girl won a car by registering AP tests.
