is not there to play a role, like what you said about the genetic factor not contributing to the disease. It can be simply argured that we just have not found the gene yet :). Nobody is trying to deny the importance of education. The point is to find the right way. If a kid is natually shy, is it really a good idea to completely (usually forced) to change his/her personality? I do not know the answer. But based on my observation, many many shy people also have a wonderful career.
