the reason to say 自闭也有后天的 in many cases, in my opoinon, is that we have not found the genes yet. Many many 后天的 diseases (we originally believe) now are found to have at least some genetic factors. Of course a perfectly normal kid when being abused may get 自闭; that is a rare situation and is not within my discussion.
