quitting sports, no way, quitting piano, violin, it is OK.

My daughter faces the some thing right now, she is a top swimmer, my hu*****and chose across country running as the cross training for her .( middle school). This summer is so hot( unusual weather in our state ), she has to run an hour in medium speed every afternoon,( she has the swimming training after the running).

she want to quit, no, you can not quit.

one amazing news I want to share with Opinion MM:

My hu*****and in his high 40's just did his half " Iron man" triathlon last Saturday. the major triathlon race in our whole region.( 1.5 mile open water swimming, 50 miles biking, 13 miles of running) he finished with 5 hours two minutes, which is quite damn fast.He beat out the majority of the white guys, lot of them much younger than him.

I am very proud for him.
