Well, I doubt M or even S has the wow factor as Y.  If you want to place American college, first comes with H, then Y and then P.  Cross-admission enrollment is a strong suggestion and is also most people's opinion on prestige regardless of US News ranking.  There is a reason it's HYP rather than HPY.  Higher yield and lower admission rate aslo support it.
