大家说说，这事该怎么办？

娃上学期结束的时候竞选NHS的President，得了最高票，过了几天学校说这次的不算，要重新选，具体理由不知。第二次选，娃排到了第二位，没能选上，娃的小心灵很受伤害。暑假的时候，娃说算了，等开学了竞选General Student Council，并在暑假里做了积极的准备，结果前两天Freshman Orientation的时候，发现General Student Council未经竞选就已经诞生了，难道这个东西也有暗箱？怎么和娃解释这事？
