Accepted by the following universities,and going to major in computer science, which is the best choice?

1,Washington University in St. Louis (computer science)
2,University of Virginia Charlottesville, VA 弗吉尼亚大学 (computer science)
3.Carnegie Mellon University Pitt*****urgh, PA 卡内基梅隆大学 (he is accepted by Department of Electrical and computer engineering. He is in the waiting list of the school of computer science)
4.University of California--San Diego La Jolla, CA (computer science)
5.University of California--Santa Barbara Santa Barbara, CA(computer science)
