Your post was fragmented. 

If you are trying to say that because the staff is underpaid, he/she has the right to vent it out in his/her job, I have to say that such unqualified staff should be removed from the post immediately because he/she is acting as a poison spoil a perfect day of a kid (it could be an Asian kid today, a black tomorrow, or a white kid someday). I am sure there are many well-qualified volunteers, including 伊敏, who would love to take over his/her job to prevent future harm to the kids.
