Choosing an engineering college, one may focus on 1) coop opportunities 2) student desgin teams and competition ranks (hands on, teamwork and leadership) 3) scholarship, especially honor scholarships 4) academic support

EE at OSU is good and provides many good coop opportunities in nation. Having a scholarship will make his life much easier... You may request more information from their Dean's Office. OSU'campus is big... good for students who are matural and independent.

Engineering is still very promising... very high replacement rates after graduation.
