You can contact regional center in your state, they have early start program for child 0-3 years old. they will do accessment and determine if your daughter is qulify for this program. They will also give you a lot of resources. it is a good place to start. A lot of chance you cannot get much information from Pedi.or family doctor.

School district has special program once your daughter turns 3-year old.
