they rent a building from college. they have board to make decision to hire a student to manage every thing for this small group. this student should have good communication skill to connect outside world. kids there all play music except my son. but they hire my son for this position. he has to talk to cooker, plumber,....all sorts of people, he also arrange students to clearn dorm, dinning room and public area. one of reasons to hire him to do this is because he could talk to different people ( get most from them ) and this skill he learned from sport. he is like a CEO of this fratenity.  for my son, any where, in 10 minutes, he can have meaningful talk with a totall strange ( homeless person too ).
