你为什么一直做博士后呢？

我认识几个博士后，慢慢都转成researcher了，起码是正式员工，工资也高很多；或者去公司了。博士后就是用来拿绿卡的；有了绿卡，就可以找正式工作了。你怎么做起来没完。
