我自己读的资料，应该是你给任何人一年13000或以下，这个gift数字并不算到那个5M里面。只有13K以上的部分才算。所以，财产多的，可以提前给出来。我不知道我的理解有没有问题。

 

5M还会变的。去年是不是没有limit?
