Maybe this sounds odd...but since we *finally* made modifications a year ago to get DD11 into a more challenging educational situation, does this imply her IQ could go even higher?  I think it would be an interesting study to try this with the highly and profoundly gifted.

Or........, can we make our kids more normal, fit in better, and truly dumbed down if we protect them from challenge?
