家有孩子在外州上大学的同学们请问

你们孩子都要买学校的医疗保险吗？

我女儿的学校， （哥大）规定如果孩子用父母的保险，一定要在纽约的医疗both routine and Emergency。 而我们的保险，（加州）不COVER外地routine医疗，only emergency.

其实已经交了学校的诊所保险，有个感冒发烧去student health service看就可以了。 真有大病，就去urgent care, 或者就回加州家了

烦恼的。 交了那许多学费，还是要追着买这买那。_:mad:
