I would suggest sending score with 800. This is what I told my kids "You don't have to get the full score, but you would have the possibility to go beyond if you reach the full score". 799 is totally different from 800. From the applicant I know, seems schools might think same way too. 

For some schools, you won't have choice to decide which one to send because you need to send all.
