It is hard to give constructive suggestions without knowing more details. But I guess the first thing you need to figure out is what you want to do, never mind if you are qualified or not. Find something you love, something that you don't mind working hard for. And then work toward that goal. Get extra training if needed. Don't get discouraged if you can't get the dream position right away. If a less desirable job can lead you to your dream eventually, that's a good start.
