is justified. making loud music in the middle of night regularly is NOT. The two things are not comparable. No board has the right to change the bylaw without going through the proper procedures. If only one neightbour complains, it's not making sense to say all others would be on his side. The truth maybe, other families also have kids learning instruments and would not agree to change the bylaw. Don't be scared by the threatening. The bylaw is the guideline for all, whether or not one likes it, it's there. Check carefully the procedures for making change in bylaw. Here we need to have 3/4 owners attend the general meeting and 2/3 of those have to agree to the change in order to make the change. You might have the similar rules as well. It's not making any sense to say as long as some one makes a complain against you, you'll have to change! It's just someone does not like to see your kids play so well perhaps. Never mind those. Consult the Coop lawyer and ask for the previous cases to do some research. It is very likely that some are trying to bully you! If u found a few other families have the similar need as you do, go talk to them. 20 minutes per child means 40 minutes daily? That does not sound right at all.
exactly. practice piano for a couple of hours under the broad da
