这种所谓的ALL－STAR球队肯定要照顾教练和赞助人。没选上，家长要DOWNPLAY一下，不要太当回事儿，影响孩子的MOTIVATION。
如果孩子真的喜欢，找私教会有比较大的帮助。暑假也有BASEBALL CAMP／CLINIC可提高球艺。坚持到了高中就拼实力了。
