You may apply for FASA... federal grants, loans... if not approved, personal loans.

Tuition depends on what kind of institutes... state universities have in state tuition.

Make sure to apply for scholarships... so many available both need based and metric based.

I totally agree with you increased tuition and aid resources are not that friendly to middle-class. People from low income families may go to school for free.
