Princeton vs AB Duke Scholarship

My son got accepted in Princeton with 97% financial aid. He also got AB Duke schlarship which is more than a full ride. We met all 40 some AB Duke finalists and they were all accepted either in Harvard or Princeton or Stanford. So they must be in the same situation. I am inclined towards Duke, but would like to know your opinion or experience from either one of them. Thx.
