Let's put it this way:
1. First, HYP all say they are need-blind and Cornell may also says so. I believe Columbia and Penn all say so at their admission website;
2. Second, I wouldn't believe they are really 100% implement it is another question. Een for Harvard, I can find some evidence that it sometimes still favors richer kids more. If the kid is really outstanding, I believe Harvard will take him/her in a heart beat. Same is true for Y and P. It's well-known that HYP have very similar FA. They ARE in the same boat. The one that is not is Cornell;
3. Another way to look at it: Just look at the sizes of their endowment. Cornell is nowhere to HYP's. Other schools just can not match HYP's, even MIT feels the pressure;
4. Heard of upper, middle and lower ivies? I don't want to bring this up.
