An average MBA student from any respectable school would has 3+years of work experience. Almost all new IBD associates have prior work experience in finance, and the percentage is higher in merger and acquisition due to the technical intensity of the business. Not to mention that all banks have direct promotes from third year analysts to associates. Simply wiping out someone's work experience before becoming an associate is not right (and definitely not industry standard).

看来在花街从小虎变猛虎比在花果山上难得多。那里似乎不是羊或猴呆的地方。狐狸没准还行。
