YOU SHOULD write a letter to the teacher,

, to the princible and to county education board as well, and tell them firmly never say this again, not simply was "SHOCKED", which is useless.  

Tell them it is rude and it is racial discrimination.  It is wrong,  it is not toleratable.

YOU as a parent shoukd STAND UP against any discrimination any time, any where, and against any one, against black, against Indian, against Janpansese, againsthispanic, let alone against us Chinese.
