private college's financial guarantee statement?

女儿申请了两个私校， 他们要求填写 Financial guarantee statement.女儿现在是485 pending。因此是不是我们必须出示有4年学费存款才可以？（比如一年学费4万，银行需出示16万存款？）否则不予考虑？同时我们可以出示parent W2吗？他们是按international student考虑的吗？ 谢谢。
