上不了前20大学 + 前10 LAC 的孩子在我们中应该是少数

定义是:  父母之一中国国内本，得到美国或欧洲高等学位 (Ph.D 或同等). 应该是80%或更高上了前20大学 + 前10 LAC.  有顶尖学校录取，但选择州立大学奖学金的，属于这个组.

我们家的没藤已经非常没有面子了. 

When you walk on Stanford and/or U of C campus, you see Asian faces every where.  If the kids around your area do relatively poorer than 80%, you probably need to move to a better school district. 

Where we live, it is about 100%.  In my son's HS class; three Chinese students are all in the top 10 of the class. One went to Yale and another to NW.
