parents here like DIY with child rearing;they know more or less about child development (they took some child psy courses); but high quality childcare services are always in need. so if no high expectation for making hugh sum of money and willing to work hard to develop her market, there is a way where there is will; if she expects to simly repeat her success in Shanghai, then she may be disappointed
