回国上医学院？

哥希望儿子在美国按部就班上医学院，嫂子想让侄子回国上医学院，理由是在美国要8 年，而且学费贵，如果是藤校的话。他们的老大已经用了half million (藤校under and Law )。请大家支招。先谢了！
