I always tell my son who is in 11th grade, do not study hard, to go bed before 11PM, but he never listen.  I do not like the fact that he takes 5 AP classes and hate to see him study until 1 AM sacrificing his health for grade.  But what I can do, he does not listen.  you are so lucky to have a child who listen.
