my suggestion:

1. move to a district where parents are highly educated(% of master, PH.D, M.D. or other professional degree), with higher income and less Asian parents(no more than 15%). Avoid district which has higher amount IT job related population.

2. If you stay, serve in your d's school board of committee, or advocate to promote healthy academic competition and reduce unnecessary pressure and stress, such as abandon ranking, regulate when to take APs and how many APs offered, large variety of ECs and clubs, etc....

3. even you did 1 or 2, your d may still have some breakdowns, but that's o.k., because she is a teen. teens have mood swings and specific growth issues. get all the support under your watchful eyes, she'll get through with less "bruises".
