到底是加州，有钱，可以到90%。

我们这里最高是career中工资最高四年平均数的80%。这个要求是干满30年（还是35年，我忘了。）（service year)。以前还有在退休前几年突然加工资的，后来好像有条例限制了。

 

里面的人也喊亏呢。我老板就说，他有30多年的service了，再干也不会多加了。要按SP500指数投资，他的钱变成年金，还合算得多呢。以前是有一个option,退休的时候，可俺工资的百分比计算，也可以俺自己帐上的钱，再assume一个投资回报和平均寿命计算。这两个计算，那个合算你就可以拿那个。好像现在也没有这个option了。

 

还是体制的问题。严格地讲，当年这个benefit承诺是给州里省了钱的。但问题是政客为了选票，这省下来的钱是把福利摊子越作越大，这个窟窿就永远填不上了。你们19B的百分比不大，我们这里是百分比比你们大得多。但我们这里是州税低，有长的余地。但政客们为了选举，在投票前就是不长税。估计是一选完，怎么也得长。

 

俺还得撑8年，再决定是cash-out,回中国退休呢，还是拿年金。
