make sure you ripp this page off from his notebook before his teacher or classmates see it. In the meantime, talk to your son seriously how bad this could lead to. In any school, this will be considered pretty serious matter and need to be discipplined. You need to discuss the bully facts with the teacher or elevate to the principal as necessary but don't mention the picture.
