Welcome to Canada, one year matenity leave with pay

while, the pay depends on company's benefit, up to 93%salary (goverment job), good companies could match up 80%. I was working for tiny one, got nothing from company, about 30% from government.

Also, the leave actually is shared parent leave, daddy can take too.

I heard the rumor it could go up to two years, not sure though...
