求教：哪里的public school更好

Hi guys, I've been reading this forum for a while and I think you guys are super knowledable of the school systems here. I need some advice here.

I recently got two job offers, one is at DC, the other one is for Harvard University (general staff, not faculty). From children's education perspective, which area has better public schools? The Harvard job should be less stressful, also less money.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
