资源共享-给明年有女儿想报考Wellesley College的父母

女儿带回来的消息，今年学校的enrollment rate比往年高，导致了多录取60多人。所以，今年大概没有人从waiting list进去。而明年录取的人数也可能因此会减少。对明年想去的，尽量ED或者多报一所学校。

另外，虽然总体经济情况不好，但学校给的资助没有减少，学校保持了这个承诺。实际上，在家庭收入没有多少变化的情况下，EFC数量减少。减少的部分以孩子work/study和loan的形式出现，也就是实际从家庭里出来的没变化。而上学的total cost 比去年多，这个多出来的部分是以grant的形似补偿。很感激学校的这种处理方式。这种往work/study和loan上的转移实际上是让孩子明白自己该承担的责任，也对父母多一些感激。
