1) AT&T and Citi 不可比。 一个是Utility, 一个是Banking.
2) even in case tax rate both 30% && loan interest rate = stock yield, it's still better to hold an investment than payoff. Why? you get liquidity advantage.
Think about it, when you need big sum for kids tuition, marriage, or car purchase, it is easier to sell stock thank getting a loan from bank.
