咋看咋较的保险公司是最大的受益人

公开那些costs之类有啥用呢，除非政府说保险公司利润不能超过XXX，那些added costs，他们还是转嫁到保民和政府头上

要求大家都有保险却没有low cost的public option，就好象强制大家都上学却没有公立学校，家长只能掏腰包上私校

不过总算是澳总统可以pat himself on the back，老百姓也可以move on了，吵了一年烦死
