I would file formal complain directly without talking to the teacher. The teacher should get fired immediately. The teacher would not do the same thing to a white kid. It is a big deal. File complain to the principle first, if no response , file to school district and school board, they will take it seriously. Do it asap. In the complain letter, indicate the teacher should be get professional, ethic, health training first before she can continure her education. Then she would be in trouble. This kind of teacher should be fired. They actually racist. They dare not to do this to any other kids.
