Tennis is a good sport to get in, especially for girls

My first post. I think the reward for tennis would be potentially good. Several (6-7) chinese boys from So Cal last year were recuited by Ivy schools, MIT and Stanford. My son started playing tennis at 9 with variable 2-4 hrs per week and he is not very motivated. He is a single starter of a Div I HS Vasity team as a freshman last year.
