朋友孩子SAT 近2300, NY有名的公校, 由于父母离异又没绿卡,可以申请
名校,但交不出学费,因没绿卡, 好像也拿不到奖学金. 现在考虑四年全免的州立大学,
又不甘心, 请教有没有财务途径进名校?
